I had Kilbane Brothers install a New Roof that was a complete tear off. Tear down and rebuilt my chimney and Seamless Gutters to the whole house6years ago. They built a new 24-24 garage this year for me. Very happy with work.
Brian is a great guy very easy to get along with. Where I found them was on Angies list.

I had Kilbane Brothers perform multiple projects on my House located in North Olmsted Ohio.
1. Water Proofed my entire house and while doing so tore out a 42 ft wall that was Boeing and Rebuilt it with new footer Installed. That was 8 years ago. No leaks very happy with the work.

2. Finished my basement. Tile flooring and a built in bar. 6 Year’s ago.

3. New Roof and seamless Gutters.3 years ago

4. Signed a Contract for a New Addition on the House and a New detached Garage. Very professional and talented. Have recommend them to people I know.

It went great. Everything went well and he did a great job. They kept everything clean and were in and out. The gutters are doing well and we've had some heavy rain.

His work was excellent. They showed up the day they were suppose to; which was great. They finished the job within the time frame they were suppose. And, they were very neat in doing the work. I was happy with their work ethics and crew. Overall, it was a good experience. There was machinery involved in the basement. He was careful not to damage our property or our neighbors. The houses are close together, he was careful not to damage not do any damage.
